That's a hard question to narrow down. I had blocks, cars, and a favorite teddy bear named Jerry, ooh and a helicopter. I had a lot of things I liked. I did like the dolls you mentioned (although I hated baby dolls). I had a great liking and attraction for water so if if I played with a doll it was in the tub because I liked pretending it was a mermaid. I had/have a really good imagination I could make just about anything fun.
I do realize that you were tying to insinuate a connection between the two but such things don't matter as a child especially when your choice of toys and playthings are uninhibited.

Actually, it was a teddy bear. Then a boy doll named "Buddy" (which I still have, I just discovered, and I'm in my 60's). Then an Erector set (no pun intended).

I got a sports-card collectors box, special edition to keep all my interesting baseball cards, just like my three older brothers!!! YAY! I ended up drawing all over it and going to play with my younger sister and her new toys.
