Which do you prefer...male or female vocalists?

If you were forced to get rid of one or the other from your CD collection, Mp3 player, etc, which one would it be?
For myself, though there are a lot of good female vocalists, I'd say I would prefer male vocalists.

You can't say both.You have to make a choice.

I prefer male vocalists - their voices can be so powerful and beautiful, and I am moved more deeply when they sing an incredible song. The whole concept is romantic.

I prefer male, too. I have a huge collection of CD's and lately I have bought a lot of female artists CD's but I still go back to the guys!

I definitely prefer male vocalists.
Some of the females just plain suck. Like Sugarland and Carrie Underwood to name a couple.

I prefer to keep my female vocalists collection.

I can turn the music up and not have to deal with hearing my tone deaf self sing!

i think it depends on the vocalist. i personally would get rid of the female because i think it is harder for male vocalists to sing, and if they sound good, u should keep them

I'd explode if I had to choose. I love music a lot and I dont think I could get rid of any of it (but if I have to choose, female, 'cause I have mostly female singer) : )

i guess i would pick male if i had to since most of the music i listen to is by male singers.
