pringle project: we are mailling boxes from post offices all around the county to our school and the goal is for the pringle to not break!!!!! people we arent DROPPING the chip into a box we have to construct a box using our own materials IN CLASS, figure out what to pack it with so that the pringle won't break, and put the pringle in then we mail it and we get different amounts of point for different breakages. any suggestions on what to pack it with/how to build the box? anyone ever done this project?

my teacher expects us to come up with our own design and will not help us its all up to us! were in 8th grade

we have to construct our own box from scratch using our own materials and we have to build the box IN CLASS so we can't like take another box

bubblewrap is really good to use along with tissue paper since they are light.

I haven't done this project but the Mythbusters did a similar project with Eggs. They had to make a contraption that would allow you to drop an egg from a roof without having it break.

My suggestion is to find some way to suspend the chip within the box. That way it can't bump into any sides.

go steal your teachers kleenex box and use that. And use the kleenex for packing.

Or, use the cardboard from your notebook to build a box.
