At the screen you want to print, hold down the control key then press the print screen key. What this does is take a copy of your screen and paste it to the clipboard. You can then open another application such as word or paint and paste the image there, then print it.

It depends on the program. A lot of times you have to hold Control and the Print Screen button. That will make a copy of the screen, then you have to paste it into a program. For example, I made a training tool by taking screen shots of the marketing programs and then pasting it into different pages of a spreadsheet. Then I could use the drawing tools for highlighting and text boxes for information. I only have 1 program that the print screen actually prints the screen. Good luck.

the "print screen" button copies everything on your screen to the clipboard. you could open "Paint" (on every windows machine) and hit "paste". now save as jpg. print from your favorite image software.
