I honestly don't know!! It always reminds me of the chef Fanny Craddock (famous in the UK) who looked permanently surprised!!! Its a terrible look!

Yes its a pity to see some very natural pretty girls doing this stupide thing to themselves when they could just adjust cautiously what they have.
You cant find a good reason but copycat. I know a case where the very young girl started doing that just because the mother used to do it for herself.

some people have difficult eyebrows to shape, so if they shave them off it doesn't take long to draw them on in a rush.

Some people have a disorder called Trichotillomania (hair pulling).
They are not crazy, it's related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I actually someone why they had done it! She said that she'd thought it would make her eyes look bigger and sexier!! Only when she'd done it did she realise it didn't work like that...She grew a very long fringe til they grew back, it took a long time and they never really recovered!! A salutory lesson.

even bushy eyebrows can be helped - and ANYTHING has to be better than deliberately shaving them (ok, some people have problems, accepted.. but shaving for vanity?!)
I have never understood it.

hey io did that for funn but then my mom tol me get eyebrow liner and draw the shape then my eyebrows got thick then i waxed them yaya!!!!

lol I'm not sure i often wonder this myself maybe when they started plucking, they plunked too much so then just decided to shave them off
