Nahhhh!, I dont think if Bush had a paper bad/bag over hiz head he would claim it was another calafornian blackout...he would claim that the iraqis/all Quida had abdducted him, peirced his eyes out, magically got them back to how they were(Blurred/blind/sprayed), told him that there had been a callarfornian blackout and after he'd caused the world distress(for the 60000000000th time)say that he'd misheard and they werent goin to bomb/attack/blow up the world!
