There are codes you put in your "About Me" box to do that and i recommend this site

theres a bullet list of all kinds of codes you can use, if you go down the list you'll find "Friends and comments in scrollbox"

I don't really get what you mean but you can create your own comment box and put it on your page. Just serch Comment boxes for myspace in Yahoo! serch. If thats nto what your talking about, I did my best.
