Do NOT forget, that most people cannot even remember their own BIRTH in this life, yet they still believe it happened. The existence of a memory does not make such and such a concept true or false.
Actually, there is no reason to believe so....and no reason NOT to believe so.

Birth and death are the continuous process of the nature in this existence. We are dieing each moment and we are taking birth also each moment. You are not the same person you were before two minutes. Some death has taken place and some birth has taken place. We, including every other things are made of cells. We as a body are nothing but a combination of cells. Each moment old cells are dieing and new cells are taking place. We don't remember because of our unawareness. If we become aware we can witness the whole process. Remembering is not necessary. Memory works in respect of what is before you. Things you want to remember you will have to make them appear before you.

There is certainly life after death. The Hindus scriptures repeatedly emphasise the fact that life follows death and vice versa. You keep changing the life, as you change the dress. The reason why you do not remember the previous birth is that you tend to get engrossed in the events and entanglements of the present life thereby allowing the memories of the previous life fade away.

According to physics, energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be transformed. When the body dies, the life principle escapes and it is indestructible. So when it gets another body, a reincarnation takes place.
Can we remember what we had for breakfast on the first Monday of 2003 January? If we can develop our memory to remember everything in each day of our life in this birth, we can develop it further and then we can remember our past life also.

The soul carries the momories of all the births it has taken.
The memory capacity in human brain is limited. Hence the
nature has so created humans that they will not have
memory of the past lives. Those who have done exceptionally
good work and earned a lot of Punyam will have the memory
of the past birth. There are many books on this topic - Indian
and foreign.

hw cn we possibly remember?
do u remember every day after ur life as a baby? or as a toddler or as a teenager or as an adult do we rememebr every day ..every moment of our lives ?
just bcz we don't remember can we say we never had a child hood or teenage and so on??
same way we forget the earlier birth's details too? and just bcz we don't remember we can't say that thr is no re birth pr previous birth?
yeah??
hmm anyway no idea if rebirth is there or not but thr is no proof tht it isn't there either! yeah? :-)

There are many theories, THEORIES, on the subject. The one hat made the most sense to me was the person who was researching memory. I don't remember the name, and for the life of me I can't find it...but..what they said was that we have genetic memories. Memories passed through our genes that account for things like deja vu, past life, and out of body experience. This, to me, makes more sense than an insubstantial thing made of humans spiritual nature that can "leave the body after death" (which I personally consider to be pure trash) being re-born endlessly or any other conjecture on where a soul goes after death.

In the bible it says that we were created in Gods image (a likness) so we are then taught that God is a spirit. So I believe that after we die we return to spirit . We were just given the chance to experiance the earthly experiance a chance to be a part of God creation on earth to be able to make our own choices Ibelieve that God gave us free will to choose him or not .thats were truth of self comes in we as people need to think about were we came from and were we want to spend our rebirth as you call it. Remember everybody is going to leave this flesh body
oneday and there are some rules to follow to get to the promiseland(smile). there are lots of belifs out there If you truely
look for truth you will find it.I think we will remember good stuff (smile).

rebirth is a continous process
the only thing constant is change
your birth is the beginning of your body and memory
not the beggining of your self
you cant even remember the dreams you had last night
does that mean it wasnt you dreaming?
