It all depends, on what you do, what qualifications you have, how long you have been in your role etc. And how good you are at your job.

What you earn at 28 depends on the choices you made at 18. Did you choose to go to a University, Junior college, Trade School, finish High School, or drop out of school? It also depends on whether you are working in the field of business, medicine, or social service. Do you have a career, profession, or a job? Different choices lead to different levels of salary.

Ridiculous question. it all depends on his level of experience at his position, hid educational background, how hard he is willing to work and his general aptitude for the job and intelligence level.
It also depends on his chosen field and the demand in the market for his services.
If one thinks they are entitled to a certain salary level because they have accomplished the great achievement of living for 28 years, then they are in for a rude awakening. Unless you are a government or union employee in a liberal state.

It depends - could be in the millions if you're a city trader, or about £250 a week if you're on the minimum wage.
Age has nothing to do with it - it's the job you do that matters.
