The ring was bought and sizeed by my local jeweller last october for my wedding. after loosing it in the swimming pool on my honeymoon i took it back for a re-size only to have faces pulled at me. I since got the ring back but it seems no different and is now really loose on my finger. I am just worried its going to get lost. All help here will be appreciated

Yes it can be re-sized to a smaller size. Take it to somewhere like Goldsmiths / Ernest Jones. I know that they use a wedding ring manufacturor called Renior Jewels, which make a lot of rings like the one you have described ( I worked there for a while). You cannot send it directly to Renior as they only deal with trade. I hope this helps.
Also, tell that snotty shop assistant to that maybe his RING (wink) needs sorting out!!!!!!

I don't understand the "faces pulled" at you? Do you mean the jewler made faces at you? If that is the case and the ring was not smaller then you need to get your money back and go to a reputed jewler in your area. Any ring can be sized.

I made and repaired jewellery for 15 yrs !!! just the same as sizing down any ring ! cut re/joined filled to match polished re/plated (white gold is rodium plated to give it its shine!)
go to a small independant jeweller their staff are not cashiers

Absolutely you can get it resized. Take it to any jeweler and they can do a professional job. Doesn't sound like you should take it back to the same place that did it last time though.
