Well I cant tell you that I delivered Pizza in the early 80s usually grossed between $450.00 & 500.00 a week with tips 6 day work week . At that time I purched a old Ford Maverick payed like $200.00 for it and drove the crap out of it.Gas cost was 1/2 of what it is today and spent about $10.00 a day . I also know that the Pizza joint's around here anymore kick in a few buck for gas .Liable insurance was $68.00 for 3 months. So yes it was worth it then

Depends on the neighborhood and the car you use. Most drivers made double what in store workers made where I worked delivering pizza when I was younger. Gas prices are a lot higher now also so that is something to consider.

No, it's not worth the wear and tear on the car. That's why people don't remain pizza deliverers for very long.
