Grateful Dead - Blues For Allah
One time I was tripping my face off, (a looong time ago)
I had a small poster of it on my wall and I was staring at it and it started to move playing the fiddle and rocking out.
I also had a Skeletons From The Closet tapestry
that when I was tripping one time the skeleton disintergrated
by snaking down and the roses would bloom and snake upwards
other than that
From The Inside by Alice Cooper
it scared the crap out of me so bad when I was a kid that I had an episode in Strawberry's and made my mom leave

Any of Roger Dean's artwork on the many Yes albums he did for the band. Check out his 'Tales of Topographic Oceans', just superb artwork! The music ain't bad either.

Either Giant Steps by the Boo Radleys (all weird and psychedelic) or The Comforts of Madness by the Pale Saints (Little known early 90's indie band) which features a black cat and beautiful, kaleidoscopic images and flowers; a favourite cos it's pretty and I'm a girlie that likes pretty things!

Small Faces: Ogden's Nutgone Flake: a cicular tobacco tin design
Alice Cooper: School's Out: folded up into a school desk (with a pair of knickers inside!)
Bob Marley: Catch a Fire: a flip-top zippo lighter
Rolling Stones: Sticky Fingers: A pair of jeans with a real zip.
CD cases just aint the same, are they?!!

Funeral for a Friend - Casually Dressed & Deep in Conversation, dunno why, I just like it.
I also like the cover for Aha Shake Heartbreak - Kings of Leon, simple but makes a statement.
And of course Metallica's Black Album but that goes without saying.
