They should pay you as well as provide a grant for additional soundproofing and planting of trees to obscure the view of her house. The sewers would have to be improved to cope with the additional shite that spews from her and her families mouths. In addition I'd expect the key to the city and to be voted 'most tolerant citizen of the UK' for each year I lived there.

why should you get a rebate just cos you live close to a pig pen ?
