I thought I was going to die last night when I left my boyfriend's house. I usually look in my back seat before leaving anywhere by myself, however this night I did not. My car had been outside his house unlocked with the keys in it warming up--it was very cold out. When I got out to my car, I got in and the CD player was on. I thought I had turned it off when I turned my car on because it was a new cd and I didn't want it to keep playing while I was inside because I hadn't listended to the whole thing yet. But anyways I got in the car withouth looking and the music was playing. As I was pulling out of my boyfriend's development, a police car with a huge search-light attacthed to it was pulling in and driving like 5 mph like they were looking for someone. It was followed by two more police cars. AND I HAD LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED OUTSIDE AND HAD NOT LOOKED IN MY BACKSEAT. Long story short, I made it home safe without being hacked to death.

My freshman year of college I was sick for a month...and VERY sick. I couldn't get out of bed some days. I went to the doctor every week - they ran all sorts of tests. They thought it was mono but I never got a positive mono test. They never did find out what it was but I thought I was DYING!

as in really? several years ago..about 5 i guess..dont remember its been a while and i was at a different place back then.
i really thought i was going to die literally..i must have been going through alot of stress and well my chest felt tight, i was breathing hard and my heart was beating uber-fast.

little did i know until a couple years later...and i had all that again then went to the doctors that that was my first panic attack.
i was sooo relieved! that nothing was wrong with my health.
now that i know what they are, im ok but id still be extremely annoyed if i got one again.

ive had many stressful times like that...nothing quite as intense as a panic attack though. for example: some menstrual cycles there are those days that i almost want to die. its soo bad! i hate it. i dont know why i said a few yrs ago that i envy the girls who had them. again who knows why? i guess i just felt like i was old enough to have one and that there was something wrong with me for not having one. whats worse is you have to wait it out...theres no way of getting rid of it no matter what you do.
then theres recently..alot of days these past few weeks i am suffering. my depression can get soo..wanting to die-like. boy i tell ya this lovesickness is not only bad emotionally..it makes me very very tired (in fact im tired right now even though i slept) part of it is having insomnia but the daytime i sleep more than a person should. i feel sick..meaning stomach wise and im sure thats most of the reason i am. ive lost my appetite..that really bugs me sometimes. i went to Golden Corral on my b-day (which i didnt want to come btw) and i only ate one plate with dessert & a bowl of soup. i hate going to a buffet and not being able to eat much. i used to eat plenty there..and i didnt really eat anything for the whole day. i waited til we went there in the evening. after eating just that i was completely full! i can get headaches..which has always bugged me since i was practically born because i got em alot b4 and well theyre the worst "aches" in my opinion.

if you're serious, i'm surprised you're together enough to even be playing on yahoo. i would be so freaked out! the last time i felt like i was going to die was when i hydroplaned through a really busy intersection at a red light. not near as exciting as yours but it was very scary.

you were going to die? for this? come on! maybe going to get raped but that was it. when you feel like you are going to die it's because you really are in danger! you face the horror and you are like: oh god this is it!!!! like me two months ago, I decided to take swimming classes because I didnt even know how to float. in my 3rd class I was in the at the half of my lane and I just couldnt do anything anymore (face down and I had to breath every 15 seconds) so I just felt how fast I was going down and my teacher was not around! and after the 10 longest seconds of my life he came to my rescue and the jerk said: oh, I was watching you, I thought you knew how to float by now WHATEVER!
