Put yourself in this position:
You're a guy, and you have a guy friend. You've known him for about a year now. One time when you were hanging out at his house, he said that he really liked his roommate. But you weren't sure if he meant it in a gay way or if he was just a good roommate, so you shrugged it off. But then another time you were hanging out with him at his house again, he touches you in a very personal area. Then a couple weeks later he sends you pictures of himself in his new boxer briefs. Not just one picture, but several pictures from different angles.
Would you think this guy was gay?

I promise you this did not happen to me! I'm a girl! lol. This happened to one of my really good guy friends. I'm posting this to show him that he's blind to the fact that
a) this guy is flaming [I have nothing against homosexuals... except when they mess w/ people who haven't chosen the same lifestyle]
and
b) this guy is totally hitting on him!

Well it doesn't necessarly mean he is gay. but it sounds like he is or atleast bi-curious.
I am a lesbian and it pi*ses me off to see someone who is gay trying to hit on someone they know is str8. just as i find it just as bad for str8 men to constantly hit on lesbians, or str8 women hitting on gay men.
Trust me that does happen. with both str8 women and str8 men.
your friend should if he hasnt already tell him to not touch him like that and to stop sending pics of him. and he can also go ahead and ask if he is gay and if so tell him that it is not for you, that you do not go that way and you would like for him to stop acting like he is toward him...

Yes I would assume he is gay. That doesn't mean I would be right. The next step would be for the guy to simply ask him what is going on and what he is attempting to do. If not interested just be man enough to say thanks, but no thanks. Do your best to maintain the friendship but a lot of times it makes it very awkward and the friendship cannot be salvaged.
In any case this should not be cart Blanche to hate all future gays. At this point no one has been harmed in any way. He just either needs to put a stop to it or go for it - whatever he feels.
And by the way, I don't see how he could convey everything that happened and then have doubts if the guy came on to him. He doesn't sound like the sharpest tool in the shed this season. Tell him to learn to read people better, it will help him in all aspects of life.

I think we might need to see the pictures in order to come to a more accurate conclusion.
Joking aside, I'd say yes.
Also, "flaming" usually infers loud and feminine. You can be gay, but not flaming. I'm not dogging you out. You know the guy, and maybe you knew what you were talking about. :)

Your friend sound's like the Gay one with all his gossiping. Why not ask the guy STRAIGHT out (no pun intended) instead of galivanting around town telling everyone he think's the guy is gay? If he is gay and is sending your friend signals then it could be that your friend is reciprocating the signals when your not around. Tell your friend to MAN up and ask him straight out rather then talking behind his back.

Sure looks like he is sending a signal to you in more ways than one. Why don't you ask him and get it over with? Sounds like he is testing your reactions and the more you do the more he will hint around til that day of disclosure comes.
