The reason for this is obvious. Why waste money being on line when I can compose off line and then go onto the net.

easy just go to file then click work ofline
if you are using an installed surver then just disconect from the intonet then click on its icon by the clock at bottom corrner and right click and go connect

Open explorer, then down at the right hand corner right click on the internet connection and close it. You can type your email then click send the next time you logg on it will send or it will ask you if you want to turn the internet on to send. Or after you open explorer click on File and work offline. Take care Heather

you pay for service as you use it???? never heard of such a plan. Usually its a monthly charge. If there is a charge it's a limit of *how much content you upload/download* not *how long you have been on*...

Just write your email whilst offline....the reason is obvious!
