christianity and abortion is one good one. there are 4 difference between a fetus and a born baby. their size. their level of dependancy, their level of development, and their environmeny. no of which makes a fetus less of a person. a 5 yr old is smaller than me, but just as much of a person, if a person is dependant on a respirator, their still a person, a 20 yr old woman is more developed than a 12 yr old girl but shes still a person, and your in a different environment than i am but we're equally people. this is all very simply stated, but ultiimately abortion is murder. if the mother is in danger of dying then its a slightly different story. do you save one person or let them both die? what's the lesser of 2 evils?

i talked to a doctor once and he told me about how an asian guy (i think cambodian or laotian or something) wouldnt make any decisions on his healthcare, he just kept saying "if my family wills it" because in that culture the family makes the decisions, you dont make decisions for yourself
and various religions have certain beleifs about being buried whole, not sharing blood, lifesupport, etc.

The ban on gay marriage does not encourage monogamy among homosexuals, which would slow the spread of STDs in the gay community.
