It depends on what caused the paralysis. Some things there is no cure for, yet.

But other things, there are surgeries and therapies for. And some researches are proving promising.

You'll need to talk with a doctor about this.

Good luck!

It depends on how long you have been paralyzed. Some people may have had a serious injury that stuns the nerves and then the paralysis is temporary. There are so many causes of paralysis that this is a broad question. Sometimes, a nerve can be pinched and by releasing the pressure on the nerve the paralysis can leave, but the longer you wait you have a decreased chance of stopping permanent nerve damage. I have nerve damage in my foot from surgery 2 weeks ago. I have been taking Vitamin B 12 because that is suppose to be for your brain, and your brain is made of nerves, I am also trying to keep the area warm so that it can get better circulation to help the healing process. I am also gently massaging the area to try to stimulate nerves, also the power of positive thinking. But I don't really know if any of this will help. If feeling does not return in 6 weeks the doctor says it will be permanent. But nothing is impossible, never give up hope.
