I rarely ever have it but when I do, it takes someone else to point it out to me and I'll be wondering how?

i get really bad pains all the time. I am lactose intolerant and it causes awful gas if I eat things with milk or cheese...but being from chicago, i love to have pizza -lol
b4 I knew i was Lac. intol. , I had a glass of milk at my aunt's house and after a while, I was sitting on her couch and I literally could not move, my stomach was hurting SO BAD. I felt like someone had a butcher knife slabbing me from the INSIDE! I thought I was dying....it turned out to be gas bubbles. I always carry GasX with me so that as soon as I feel it starting, I can take it. It really helps a lot.
Also popcorn gives me gas, so if I eat popcorn, I have to make sure that i drink a TON of water with it. That helps.
I have even had gas pains in my chest and shoulder. the bubbles go anywhere they want in your body, so you have to learn to pay attention to the things that give you gas so you know it's just gas and not some rare disorder. My aunt (different one that above) went to the hospital thinking she was having a heart attack and it turned out to be gas...you don't want to be that guy..lol

You'll have sharp crampy pains in your stomach. A couple of months ago I had really bad gas pains that led to diarrhea. It was horrible

yes it is normal especially if ur prego . see women have a tendency to become more gassy n constipated during pregnacy . i had it real bad only with my second though . i couldnt even go it hurt so bad at times n my back felt horrible

I get bad cramps and start burping and farting. Last time this happenned to me was after the superbowl lol all that chilli.

When you're stomach gets cramped and you it's quite uncomfortable.
