I just saw this story on Yahoo about the 5,000 year old skeletons that were founding hugging. I personally think it is beautiful and symbolic, but some of my friends think it is sad. What are your thoughts? What does this show/tell you about life?

When they died they probably were going to ride out together, a very touching story to the sensitive heart.

It sure makes you wonder what happened. There does not seem to be any speculation on why they died so you have to wonder if there was some major earth changing event that had them die like that. Its not like the volcano at Pompeii that was documented as the cause of death for a lot of the skeletons found there. Regardless, it seems like they knew they could die and wanted to die together. Symbolic and sad at the same time.

I was very touched by the story, I only hope that after being together for the last 5000 years or so, that they don't separate them. That would be sad.
