My dad is finally on my side but I have this nagging feeling that my ex won't be after what happened three weeks ago, I haven't talked to him in two and a half, my dad yelled at him saying how could he get a girl into trouble and not help out, he has been helping out quite abit and I tried to correct him but he wouldn't listen. While I'm at it isn't it illegal to "kick out" a student just because she's pregnant? I know the sex of the baby it's a boy, which one would be good James Alen or Alex?

Hopefully, your ex can understand a father's point of view on this. If your ex is helping out, and your father didn't listen to you, it will come out later. Actions speak louder than words. Once he sees that your ex is helping out, he will ease up. I would think that being pregnant isn't a legal reason to kick anybody out of school. Remember, that every baby is a blessing....so love him with all your heart and keep him first in your life no matter what. Congratulations! I like James Allen for the name. Best of wishes.

be more specific.
it is illegal to kick a student out of college on the basis that she is pregnant.

What's your question? What happened 3 weeks ago? We need a backstory here.... this is way too vague.
