I start a new job tomorrow and am very excited but i've decided that this time I will not be made a fool of and to have a clear perspective of what my job will entail.

So what would someone begining a new job really need to know/ask?

Thats almost impossible to answer specifically. But generally you need to know exactly what you are responsible for, who you report to, anyone who reports to you & whether you can spend the company's money (if so, how much) ?

Perhaps induction may be more about the company as a whole, though ? Good luck in your new job !
