Average about $7000 but if you want a really good plastic surgeon, like the ones on Extreme Makeover or Dr. 90210 you're looking at $10,000.

You get what you pay for. One of my girlfriends spent 9,000$ on hers, and they look natural, bounce naturally, like you can't tell they're fake, and I'm good at spotting fake boobs. Another one of my girlfriends spent 3,000$ and they definitely look fake. They're not bad looking at all, but they just don't have the same look as the more expensive surgeon.

I think the deciding factor in cost is whether it goes before the muscle wall or in the muscle wall. In the muscle wall provides a more natural look and is better for mammograms later in life. Before the muscle (right under breast fat & glands) tends to be cheaper but doesn't provide the same look and can interfere with mammograms.

I would definitely, DEFINITELY thoroughly research any surgeon when considering plastic surgery. www.healthgrades.com is a good place to start to find out if their license has ever been suspended, and to verify that their license to practice is up to date. It also gives you information on how long they have been practicing plastic surgery, and you can find feedback on some doctors on the site. ew I just noticed healthgrades.com is pay to play now, but it's cheaper than having a bad surgeon so I would probably still order the report.

Breast augumentation surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

$8000-$10000, for a quality job. Plus there are the costs associated with replacement 'fittings' and realignment.

And you never can tell whether your doctor is a great one.

Do it for the right reasons. But if it were me, I wouldn't do it.
