In the "real world" I would say Megatron he would just stomp on their asses, Smith doesnt have any of those powers out here, but if they went into the Matrix then yea Smith would win with all his powers most likely

would like to see Skeletor win,, but he can't even beat He-Man,,, Mr. Smith would get into MegaTrons harddrive and turn him against the Undertaker, since Skeletor is the first to lose. Once the undertaker is tagged teamed out of the match, Mr. Smith would then blow out MegaTron internally and be the victor.
