Do you mean NY City or New York state? Check with the district web sites for enrollment time. If you are talking about enrolling for the next school year most districts in the state start around mid February and go through March. I Again, check with the district you will be moving into at their web site. You can look in the phone book to find where their Central Administration offices are and just visit them and get the info . ( You actually are able to enroll at anytime) They will be all too glad to give you any and all the info you will need. They will tell you what specific schoo in the district you need to enroll in also.

it depends on the specific school and location go to nycenet.edu and you can access enrollments for neighborhoods as well as specific schools...
