1. Subatomic: Nuclear bonds between protons and neutrons in atomic nucleus.
2. Atomic: in the electron energy levels (shells) around each atom, the relationships to electrons and the nucleus and to one another in the orbitals.
3. Molecular: in the bonds between atoms in the molecule.
4. Mass: any/everything about the molecule related to mass is equivalent to energy by e=mc^2.
5. Higher order structure: pure molecules associate with one another in energy containing configurations. Crystals are an example.
