If your co-worker is on the phone with personal calls to much - do you say something or not?

my boss in off in his own office where he cant hear - there are other co-workers that are around and I am not sure how they feel about it...

Your boss will know if it is excessive (and their work is probably suffering because of it) and they can watch the phone records if they chose to.

I had this problem at work recently. I sort of said something to her joking like "hey, you're miss/mister popular or what" but that didn't work so we have an upper manager so I mentioned something to her and the problem was squared away.

PUT A BUG , IN YOUR BOSSES EAR ABOUT THE CO-WORKER , USING COMPANY TIME , MAKING PERSONAL CALLS WHEN HE OR SHE SHOULD BE WORKING ..I KNOW , YOU DON'T WANT BE A SQUEALER BUT HEY WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE GOOSE IS GOOD FOR THE GANDER ..ALSO, IF IT WAS YOU DOING IT , YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN TROUBLE .GOOD LUCK!
