On their bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, or any of their bagel breakfast sandwiches, what is the sauce???? I thought at first just melted butter, but more than that, then I thought mayo, but still has something else. It's not as thick as a hollandaise. Just curious. ANSWER ONLY SERIOUSLY PLEASE, NO FLIPPANT SOPHMORIC answers. Thanks.

it IS hollandaise sauce, they lighten it wit melted butter. i kno. i worked there. so u can stop losing sleep over it

It maybe a very light cream cheese. But it's good on that Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel.

never liked the sauce
its just one gooey mess
so I prefer it without the sauce

i worked at mcd's about 5 years ago and hardly worked the morning shift. i'm not really sure what it is besides butter....sorry i can't help with this.... :(
