Japan is the only country left to have an Emperor.
Queen Elizabeth II is the monarch of Great Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and Saint Kitts and Nevis, these are called the commonwealth realms.
Two African countries have monarchs, Morroco and Lethoso.
In Europe, Norway, Sweeden, Denmark, Holland, Luxemburg, Andorra, Spain, Monaco, Belgium, Principality of Liechtenstein.
There are many in asia, some of them still have absolut monarchs, too many to mention but a few are Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Cambodia, Thailand, Nepal and more.

The Queen of England is the Queen of the UK, Australia, Canada and the rest of the Commonwealth. All these countries have therefore a Queen.
Then in Europe: Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway.
Monaco, Luxenbourg, San Marino and Liechtenstein have Heads of State who are royals, although not formally Kings. they call themselves Princes, Great Dukes and so.
Let's no forget about the Pope, who is Head of the Vatican State.
In Africa I can only think of the King of Morocco.
Then we have the monarchies of the middle west: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait.
Then there is Japan.

I'd like to add the Netherlands.
Russia does NOT have a king and a queen. They had a Tsar (Emperor) until 1918, when Nikolai II and his family were shot.
Lenin and Stalin were no kings - they were communists. I think that's an important fact.
