Why won't they stop the giftcardplace spam?

On nearly every video game question, a bogus user shows up with an ad for "giftcardplace". This is clearly spam, and I've reported it as such over a dozen times. Why won't Yahoo! Answers block these posts?

I dont know but I was starting to wonder that myself. The funny part is that the person takes his time to send the answers 'cause the write some stuff.
