It is sorry a bit we can't get what you mean by your question.

However I worry that you may have trouble with your PC. If it is the first time you walk with your new PC, consult your PC Manual as it may have some unique features to power on it. Follows every step as guided to connect power cord to the PC case and plug.

If you mean that the PC you assembly yourself, you need to check your computer's motherboard manual to track which step you've missed. You may encounter mistake to make the motherboard in short-circuit state, please try to re-assembly once again.

If it is not the cases above, you will have power box supply or motherboard failure.

Contact your PC technician in advance, if you cannot figure out where it's wrong.
