i am gay experimenting...and i want to know if my friend is gay...should i ask him in person, or through AIM, or text messages? or some other way? because he is shy so i dont wana do something wrong

don't use your friend for gay experimenting. If you find out that you're not gay, that could really hurt him. If you want to ask to have someone to talk to, I suggest asking him in person. Just casually go
"Hey...are you gay?" S'easy to remember, and hey, it rhymes! I'd suggest experimenting with someone else, just not your friends. Gay experiments, when gone wrong, usually leave the 'experiement' feeling hurt/used/angry. So....tread carefully.
