xbox 360 help?

my xbox 360 wont turn on and it flashes the three red rings what does this mean and what can i do to fix it, ive had it 4 a bout a year now so plz any help would be much appreciated, thank you

Call the toll free Microsoft Service Hotline. The "three rings of death" are a sign of an internal problem, that can't be fixed by yourself.

i think it mightve over heated or there may have been a system failure,ring up a electronic store and see if they will fix it...hope this helps

Try plugging the wire in the back out and in. Make sure its not loose.
