i have very little knowledge of applying make-up and i need help !!!

i only use two-way foundation and mascara.

as my complexion is not in a good condition. i have serious dark rings prob, big pores, blackheads and oily t-zones.

i would use toner after washing up my face. next, i will apply moisture cream (if i'm not in a rush) then two-way foundation. i tend to apply heavier foundation where my dark rings are to cover up my serious dark rings prob.

as for mascara, i always apply after i'm done with my foundation.

when removing make-up, i would use pond's cold cream that deep cleans and remove make-up to remove my make-up.

I would try to put moisturiser on about 10mins before your foundation or on a night like me, otherwise your foundation won't last as long, it just slides off.

Maybe try concealer under your eyes, i use that and it works really well, but if your heavy foundation works stick with that. If you use concealer jus dab it slightly, with your finger next to your little one because it's pats the concealer in softer.

Apart from that it sounds like a good routine.

You should get something like an apricot scrub and exfoliate your face once or twice a week. Use a daily face wash like neutragena every day, maybe dab an astringent on a few times a week. When your face is dry, apply your moisturizer and wait for it to dry.

Then you can apply your powder and/or foundation.

Your mascara is fine as long as you don't let it get clumpy, and your removal method sounds fine too.
