So... I need 2 cards from the same series?
One with "Coress fire-Ready" in the spec and another non corss fire-ready card?
or both of them must be cross fire ready?

No , you only need 1 crossfire "ready" card, the other card can be a regular card.

But you should know that some ATI cards now do NOT require a crossfire "ready" card.

For example the ATI X1950 Pro is a great card and can be connected in crossfire mode using an internal connection, similar to Nvidia's SLI technology.

This is a great option if you don't require ATI's higher end cards.
because those still need the crossfire "ready" card.
