Wondering if I will be completely lost if I start watching the season now or if it would be better to wait till the end and get the season DVD?

nothing new has happened other than theres a competition for Cheif......Izzy gave the 8M to Dr. Bailey to open a free clinic....of course its called the Danny Ducet(however u sp the last name) free clinic....but i would start watching.......tomorrow is supposed to be really good.....something happens to the city of seatle....kinda looked like a hugh bomb went off or something....maybe a massacre happens.....who knows...im excited to see it though
