I don't know whats wrong with me?

I have been feeling really sick lately and I feel like I almost want to throw up. I never do but thats the way I feel. I just haven't been feeling like my self

well with that little bit of info...its hard to say. It could be many things. well here are a couple......you maybe pregnant or have a stomach virus.
