Yes and it is wierd....I have built two houses and moved 8 times...everything echos...it is a lonely feeling...(esp. after your husband of 18 years just left you for his secretary who is 23 years his junior).......

Yes, my husband works nights so this happens to me frequently. I don't mind - I like being by myself; I can do whatever I want!!

not totally empty...when i moved into my first apartment there was a frigde but thats about it

yeah, it was totally empty (abandoned). but i was waiting for a family member to come back, we were re-modeling it. its not empty anymore.
