ear ache - onion juice in the ear (smells and needs shower in the morning)
Throat - onion soup
Help - Garlic (1/2 or 1 clove) can be taken like a pill. Has curative qualities, onion is in the same family.
If you have had antibiotics, replace the 'good guys' with probiotics (the best ones need refrigerated)
If these do not help then check with an allergist.

It is possible that the Eustachian tubes are clogged and drainage will have to be installed. The best thing is to see and Ear, nose and throat specialist.
I ended up getting polyps and clogs removed from my sinuses and now I do not have sinus infections or ear infections anything like I used to.

Have you had your tonsils removed?? I had the sore throat and ear aches about every 6 weeks for years until they finally removed them....go see an ear nose and throat specialist...also could be something with your teeth...if you have an abscess it can also cause sore throat and ear aches.....
