I Pkemon Leaf Green how do u get to 4 island 5 island 6 island and 7 island! ur help will be greatly appreciated!

my disciple,that is an easy question,first you need to defeat the elite4 first,have sixty pokemon caught(different kinds of course),visit 1 island and talk to celio to understand your quest,if you have done the islands 1-3 quest,which requires you to go and find a missing girl on island 3,
after the defeat of the elite 4,go to island 1 and head straight up to mt ember,a move tutor will offer to teach your pokemon 'explosion',on the right of him,there are 2 Rockets,after defeating them,go inside and seach throughout the caves,when you get to a fork,or a 2 way road,go down and recover the ruby,take it back to Celio and he will give you the rainbow pass which lets you get to 4,5,6, and 7 islands

the others have sorta correct answers but are not entirely correct
Here is what you must have done:
Beaten Elite Four
Caught at least 60 pokemon
Found the lost girl in Three Island
After you have done these things, talk to professor Oak, he'll give a National Dex and a Rainbow Pass which allows you to go to Islands 1-7.

Once you have beat the pokemon league and have over 60 pokemon on your pokedex go to 1 island and talk to Ceilo. He will give you the rainbow pass. And Ceilo is the person at 1 island pokemon center hes tring to connect so you can trade from people form Emerald,Ruby,Sapphire,XD,and Pokemon Collisum.
Don't spend your time too much on the islands if you roam Kanto you might run into Entei,Suicune,or Raikou. You will only run into one and it depends on what first pokemon you got [charmander,squritel,bualbasaur].

Well on Island 4 you have to fight the only sparkletoff in the game it is level 60 and you have to have a sunstone to destroy it because it turns out to be a ghost and then you have to take the boat to the other island.

ok, its been a while since i layd that one, but i think u have to get that stone thing (cant remeber the name) back to that guy workin on the machine and he'll trade u a rainbow pass for it. than u can travel by boat to them
