He's back in the National League, which is much easier. You should see his ERA drop at least a half point. As for his win/loss, he might not improve all that much.

In New York, he got a couple of garbage wins and a few no decisions that would have been losses if he didn't have that powerful lineup bailing him out. I don't see him getting that kind of run support in Arizona.

Randy had run out of gas in New York before his back surgery. There's no telling how much he's lost on his fast ball at this point.
He's also on a team that will not produce a lot of run support.

At best he wins 6 to 10 games before his back tells him it's time to retire.

Probably injured half the season and ineffective the rest of the season. Then he will retire. Instead of spending $$ on a past superstar, the Diamondbacks should have went after a few young arms. Invest in your farm system Byrnes!

buy Viagra.
pay child support to his bastard child
win 12 or 13 games with an ERA over 4.00 and wait for the 2008 season to retire without dignity and class.

Break his back, regret leaving the Yankees then retire with a losing season!

If he comes back healthy and on time he might win between 15-18 games. There's too many "Ifs".
