How many of you like the new phillip on days of our lives, do you think he should have custody of claire.

I love Jay Kenneth Johnson. AKA (The old phillip before he was a phillip with a new face.) No I don't think he should get custody of Claire. First, After finding out he wasn't the father he kidnapped her.(Wasn't brought up in court.) Then, he ran away not telling anyone where he was. Also, he signed away the rights to his and Mimi's BIOLOGICAL child! If he doesn't care about a child that is ACTUALLY HIS, then why should he get Claire? Shawn has loved her even before he found out she was his. Belle and Shawn should get full custody, and if it wasn't for Victor, it wouldn't even been considered giving her to Phillip. The whole storyline is frustrating!

Well, he first played Phillip, then the other guy came on, then when this Phillip came back I had doubts, but he's fitting into the role just nicely.
As for custody, I do not get where he would have custody of Claire, her true parents deserve custody. And that would be Shawn and Belle.

He's the 'origional' Phillip...(Jay Kenneth Johnson) from when they were in high school and he was making fun of Chloe. He replaced Kyle Brandt who just left the show
I don't think he should have custody...he's not the father. If he wasn't so mean, they probbly could have worked out visitation.

I can't stand the new Philip, then again I didn't like the old one either, I think his character just sux. No, I think it's crazy that he could have custody of Claire! She is not his! And he is NUTS!!

dont get me started with this story line.......the new philip is cuteeeee.........but should he take claire away......NO!!!!.......for him to use Belle's post partium depression against her was wrong and hes not even her father......its just revenge!!! now the part with that hooker girl.....having shawns baby......wow.....
