increasing vocabulary also may mean looking for more different ways of expressing yourself. one can start reading voraciously. that will probably help in knowing your style. learn 2 new words a day and see how many ways you can use it.language of the soul is un-deniably more important though!

Develop the habit of reading and make it a point to read some new stuff for about 30 mnts daily. You will not only get new words but also know how and where to use it.
