Anything that emphasizes the difference between the size of your waist and the size of your hips will make your hips look proportionally bigger. Also you might try pants that give the appearance of a flat stomach, along with button pockets at the back (adds more dimension to the back while shaving it off the front, thus drawing attention to your rear). You might also try a shirt that tapers at the waist and then flares out to accommodate your hips. This would suggest an hourglass figure, and that would also emphasize your butt. Hope these suggestions help!

Wear dark jeans that have back pockets or flaps. Wearing a longer shirt, preferably dark-colored, that hits right at the middle of the booty curve can give it attention, too. Fitting jeans are good, but not too snug. Just tight enough to make your curves look good, and make sure you're comfortable in them pants.
