My older sister quit school when she turned 18 and now my brother wants to quit too because he thinks my sister is really cool and she is happy but she is having a lot of problems which she does not want to share with my family but I just found out I have tried to get her to help me out but she says she has nothing to do with that.... I really want my brother to have a greate future but it seems that as time goes by he just dosen't leasent to me anymore what do I do?

Encourage him not to, but if he still insists, take him to get his GED, which now days is seen equal to a diploma

Talk to your parents about it. They may be able to convince him about how valuable an education is. Or, maybe you can point out your sister's problems to your brother and they would not exist if she has an education.

teachers and educationists shout a lot glorifying education because it is their livelihood, Actually, their is hardly any thing more useless than education. people who read up to eighth standard are now roaming in plush cars, and I, a post grad from Calcutta University is scratching my balls and walking to save the busfare.
do not press your sibling to study. his decision is swise enough and i appreciate it.

you are in a tough situation. you keep getting your education as far as you can go. never know in future your sibling will catch on.
