Question is. Describe a situation when you helped someone to make a sensible decision affecting their life. How did you get them to make their decision.
I know everyone has given this advice at some point but I'm having writers block and need some inspiration.
Many thanks.

Have there ever been a time when someone felt like giving up and you encouraged them to keep going for the simple fact they came to far to turn around and go back to the beginning.

Have you talked someone out of dropping out of school? You can say that you talked them out of it by stating the pro's and con's to the individual and how dropping out is not a good decision for the long term only a quick fix blah, blah, blah..
I always have brainfreeze when it's time to fill out an app or at interview, so now I just make up stories.

I hate questions on applications like this. All, of us don't go around giving our opinion. Even though I'm a very opinionated person, I don't need them to know it..

This is one of those head question to see where your coming from. I think you need to be dramatic and tell a brief story of something you saw on Lifetime (lol) make yourself the main character, and the hero and let it roll. Don't get to over the top but, make it good.

i agree with the others but my advice to you is to put application to one side and chill out for 2 hours or so have a bath listen to some mellow music or whatever then go back with what you have read on here and it should come naturally good luck with the job

Ok have you had a friend come to you say with a problem like cheating on a bf/gf/husband/wife and you gave them advice that changed what they were planning on doing?

Or maybe you've had a friend with health problems who wouldn't go to a doctor or seek help, what did you say or could you say them that would make them go see their medical pratictioner.
