It's a portable music player. You can buy and download music from the internet and then put it on the iPod. Then you can listen to music on the go.

ipod is a small device capable of carrying large amount of songs-just like a Walkman but without any extra stuff like-Cd's or audio casstes.etc.it has user friendly applications like some games,notepad,address book,timer and a world clock---u can watch videos on it and much more----the price is a bit high than normal,but it is kind of worth it.

its a music player from the company 'APPLE'. There are many varieties like IPod Nano, video, shuffle...

ipod id a style icon...nothin else..its useless...its worthles.....if u hav a business mind...& r not governed by your fantasies...u will never buy ipod...for the price u get them for...
well....ipod basically is a gadget..a device of the dimensions of a choclate bar..sleek...like a slim mobile....which can b used to listen music n watch videos from a small screen provided with it...u can also store ur telephone directory in it..play small games...n it has such small apllications which the users hardly use....coz they r not user friendly...

shame on u........ its a music equipment....... some thing like walk man but no cassettes or CD installed, it plays songs that is downloaded in it which is stored in a chip inside it..... there is colour and black n white ipod.......
