I have recently watched Mannat (liked the movie a lot), Des Hoya Pardes and am in the middle of watching Waris Shah. I think these movies are really good. And i am also addicted to the songs from Mannat. I never used to watch many punjabi movies before this as the ones I knew of were always ones with Harbhajan Mann (Jee aaya nu, dil apna punjabi etc.) in it and never liked any of it. I would like to know what other good punjabi movies are out there??

That pretty much sums it up. I think Waaris Shah is probably the best Punjabi movie out there. I was really surprized on how well done the movie was especially since Punjabi movies are normally grossly underfunded. Actually, since I started college, I havent really watched a lot of indian movies. It would be nice to start again, except, I cant stand filmy bollywood movies anymore.

There is a show out there about a traveller who visists many places and has a lot of different experiences. I beleive the title is Binder Dundat.
