Dungy and Ditka are the only coaches to actually play and win in a super bowl and head coach and win in a super bowl. Flores did not actually play in the super bowl team he was on.

Tom Flores is the 3rd person, he was a back-up QB for KC in Super Bowl IV and then coached both the Oakland and LA Raiders (Super Bowl XV and XVIII)
