This is known as 'domain parking' there's a link below for adsense for domains, but you need to be a big player to use it.
Often when you register a new domain the registrar will park it until you use ir, or they may have an option for parking, but then they take any revenue.
However there are a number of domain parking services which will revenue share. For a discussion on this you could try the www.namepros.com forum linked below.
Some of the parking services are SEDO.com, NameDrive.com, Fabulous.com also godaddy.com will park....

This site takes you to a page that lists other sites? Are you looking for a plain page with just hyper-linked text?
If you are any basic editor will do this for you!
You should write your pages so they are htm not html.
